De ontmoeting<\/h3>\n

Lucia woont in West-Friesland, in Petten, aan zee. Met haar puppy Doce (een kruising tussen een kanninchen teckel en een Jack Russel) verbleef ze in de Story Station. Haar verzoek: tijd om een boek te schrijven. <\/p> \n

De klap van Corona<\/h3>\n

Lucia\u2019s droom kwam uit toen ze in januari 2020 haar debuutroman publiceerde bij de grote uitgeverij Ambo|Anthos. De boekpresentatie van haar debuut \u2018Niemand zoals hij\u2019 was in Rotterdam en werd druk bezocht. Ze mocht op het boekenbal dansen, maar daarna viel alles stil. Alle evenementen waarbij ze haar boek zou gaan promoten, vielen weg. Maandenlang waren de boekhandels dicht die haar boek konden etaleren \u2013 een gemis. <\/p> \n<\/div>\n

Het vertrek<\/h3>\n

Als Lucia weggaat staat er een nieuwe, herschreven versie van een tweede roman in de startblokken. In de Story Station heeft ze een huidige versie herlezen een verbeterd met een gouden pen, om de gebreken in het verhaal te lijmen met goud, een techniek uit Japan om servies te repareren, die terugkomt in haar boek (\u2018kintsugi\u2019 heet de techniek). <\/p> \n

Doce en Lucia hebben genoten van de natuur van Lauwersmeer<\/span><\/a>, waar ze wandelingen maakten. Doce bleek verzot op de koeien rondom it Dreaml\u00e2n \u2013 elke avond wilde ze er een tijdlang naar kijken. Beide leefden in de Story Station op het ritme van de dag, omdat de Station de kleur van de lucht aanneemt. Daardoor had Lucia het gevoel dat ze buiten sliepen \u2013 en dat voelde erg goed! Dankbaar en uitgerust vertrokken ze. Met drie Friese suikerbroden onder de arm die ze aan de buren en familie cadeau gaan doen. Lucia liet haar debuut \u2018Niemand zoals hij\u2019 voor ons achter. <\/p> \n
